Hello ''everyone''
Time for an update, training is going very well, i am improving on both strength & size, also my injury is not stopping me from raising weights back to normal in chest exercises anymore!
I got an other gastrointestinal disease in my stomach a few weeks ago, and i was sick for 4days, i guess my stomach is sensitive. 7 months left now before i compete again, this time in -80kg. I have about 5-6kg more to add to my muscles.
I soon have to go to my coach to check my fat level again, just havent had the time! But i belive next week or the one after i´ll have the time.
And in some kind of strange way i can´t add a picture...well that sucks, whats a blog without pictures?

Hello all readers that still go in here like 1 time a month or something.
This is why i keep the blog on my homepage instead of a normal blog-site, sence i always forget to update it.
Things this year have been good, except i got gastrointestinal disease in my stomach so i was sick for 3 days, i just missed 4-5 meals the first day that i got sick, all i ate just came right back up, so wasnt much i could do about it. I´m only on 2300 kcal now in off-season, but i guess i have to trust my coach!
Lets make this blogg a little more intressting also, the current workout schedule only for you readers:
Monday: Shoulders, Calves, Abs + rehab exercise for my shoulder.
Tuesday: Back, Trapz & Forearms.
Wensday: Chest, Calves, extra hamstring
Thursday: Biceps, Triceps, Calves and extra shoulders + (rehab shoulder..)
Friday: Rest or Saturday workout here.
Saturday: Quads, Hamstring, Calves and extra chest. (or rest if workout was on friday)
Sunday: Rest.
Forearms is easy forgotten by many, but i belive that it really helps from getting injurys, especially in biceps. I train calves 3 times a week, but i have tryed to hit them diffrent over the years 1/2/3 times a week, and actually 2-3 times a week seems to work best. Ido train shoulders 2 times a week because i need to bring them wider, and i belive it helps to just put in 1-2 extra exercies on them at thursday. The rehab exercise for shoulders i do 1-3 times a week sence my left shoulder hurts from time to time from an old injury i had when i did armwrestling and crazy/wrong, heavy lifts. My chest is also trained 2 times a week like the shoulders with 1-2 excercies on the extra workout at them, it feels good to just do like 20+ reps and just get some blood in there, but sometimes i do skip it, if i feel overtrained and need my rest.

Amazing how the time just flies away!
1 year of bodybuilding has passed by sence i last were at a competetion stage. Tomorrow i will be driveing to Göteborg to watch the competetions once again, except this time i'am the one watching instead of competing, it will be very fun!
Me and 2 friends are going to drive all the way and then head into a hotell, we are just going to go out and eat some food tomorrow and i guess we will go to bed early to wake up in the morning to walk to luciapokalen. I will buy some protein, cloths and maybe some pre-workout stuff.
Instead of a rest day as i usally have on Thursdays, i worked out sence am missing my saturday workout. I´ll get up early tomorrow to finnish a workout before we are leaveing in the early afternoon.
January 2010 will be the start of improving my body for the competitions in december 2010. I will be ready..and i will...be...back!

Hello everyone that is still reading!
I have now moved away, and i live at my own place in an apartment of 57^2, so its pretty big compared to my old place actually!
The moveing-in party went well, just about 5 hours to clean up the place after, and filling 10 ''ica''-shopping bags full of empty plastic glasses, bottles and wet kitchenpaper!
Now i can finally put my focus on my training and stop thinking about what i have to buy at *ikea*.
I will try to get a picture up at my place so you can se all the effort and money i have put into it.
At friday i was with my lovley girlfriend, or atleast at the evening sence she was so tired from work we dident get to meet until the clock was almost 20.00!, and at saturday i was busy all day, my parents came by around 15.00, and after they had left i cleaned and then took a cardio session outside in the cold swedish weather. Once i arrived home i waited for my old classmastes, 2 off them i hadn´t seen for almost 4 years! damn time just flies by..Was nice meeting them and we had a great time with wii-games and some good old series. When they had left i was all alone in my big bed..
This day has been a real shit day, i have made some lunch boxes, made a cardio session and just been sleeping, not doing anything worth mentioning..
Now i will soon got to bed again all alone, sence Elin (my GF), has to get up early to work, and i don´t want to go to bed to early sence i am off from work tomrrow.

Hey
I am been busy
I have an new apartment in progress, doing a total remake in there, new floors, new walls, lowering the roof to make spotlights etc, alot of money in all this, so i have to work my ass of, but don´t worry, i still get all my meals and all training in there. I just bought a new big couch, and tomorrow i will but a big new bed. I need to go to my coach to check my fat level, so i guess i have to make a new appointment for that also. I don´t think i remember how much there is that you have to do when you move, change your adress, pack all stuff in boxes etc. I almost get my cardio done just by visiting a furniture store..

Well i like to start as always that i have been at my coach and checked my fat level again. It was at 6.31% at a weight of 84kg. The training goes well, i am working alot at the moment that is why i havent´t been updated it atleast one more time sence last time i wrote here. I just got about 10 gym machines FREE sence the gym dident need them i got them or else they would throw them, so am going to get them cleaned, change the cloth and make them like new!
The only problem is were to put them?
I am soon moving out from my parents in about 2months so i wont have as much space as i have now, so i guess i will keep a cardio machine in my apartment, and as a good friend i am i will give the rest of them away to friends!

I am going to make an appointment tomrrow or at the start on the next week for a meeting with my coach again. It has been 4 weeks sence i were there last time so it´s about time. I am also sick again, it started early this morning, I felt ill and my stomach hurt, so i am glad i haven thrown up yet. I hope i feel better tomorrow so i can load up with carbs & fat as i always do on friday/saturday. I´ll keep you posted.

I have been at my coach this week, my strategy worked!
Last time i were the i had gone up 1kg fat and only up 400gram of muscles. And i figured out that the problem must be my eating days (friday/saturday). So what i did on these 4 last weeks is that i removed 1 crap meal and just had 1 crap meal each day instead of 2. And guess what.. it worked!
I had gained 1kg muscles and lost 1.2kg fat! so now i am down at 6.7% fat and going strong! Just waiting for my chest injury to heal so i can start lifting some heavy weights again. My training is going very well, i feel very motivated, if everything keeps going this way i might be at luciapokalen 2009. There is only the money problem, if i can afford it i will compete.

The chest injury is getting better. But also i got worse for 2more weeks sence i tore it up when i did close grip bench press for triceps, i had light weight from what i usally play with, but on the last set and on the last rep i heard *click* and then i knew i tore it up again. So back to more light weights and hopefully it will heal faster. If we ignore the chest pain for a while the training goes very well, i think my shoulders are getting bigger witch is a good thing sence i have had problem building bigger shoulders because of my shoulder injury from before.Soon it´s summer, i can´t wait to train outside the gym with walking lunges! i love that exercise for legs, especially outside.
I went to Stockholm yesterday and visited the best junior armwrestler in women class(-70kg?) in the world. Very nice person i can tell you, and i got to try out armwrestling, sence i haven´t tryed it sence i injured myself the last time i tryed it i started out very carefully, but there were great armwrestlers there who taught me how to do the armwrestling right to not get injured. Alot more fun the the usual armwrestling you do at a local bar.
I am also going to make a new apointment for a visit to my coach to check my fat level. Now i am off to the gym,Biceps, Triceps, Calves, and extra delts are on the schedule, should not take more then 50minutes.
